I have been riding street bikes since 1973 and purchased my first Harley-Davidson in 2010 from Jamestown Harley-Davidson. The only Harley I really wanted was an Electra Glide. I found the perfect bike while on a charity ride that had a stop at the dealership, a 2006 Electra Glide Classic. I have ridden this motorcycle more in four years that what I had ridden over the previous 30. Their sales and service are over and above any dealership I have ever visited. They truly make you feel like you are part of the H-D family. I have also joined the local HOG chapter they sponsor. I have met more friends, and had more fun riding with this group, than I ever have had in my 40 years or riding. I buy all my parts and accessories from JHD, and always take it there for service. The service guys are great, and go out of their way to help you get back on the road. When it is time for a new bike - Jamestown Harley-Davidson - the only place to go!

I had never ventured that far down state to go to an HD Dealer but after looking for a second bike online I found a great deal at Jamestown HD I must say I am very impressed with all the staff at Jamestown HD. Not only is the bike immaculate, fully serviced it also has a quick disconnect battery lead. When discussing how and when I could pick the bike up Morgan checked their delivery schedule and told me if I could wait till next week they will be in my area and will gladly drop off my bike. WOW way above and beyond great service, beyond my expectations. I AM IMPRESSED!!!! I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a new or used Harley. After meeting all the staff signing all the paperwork and paying for the bike Morgan set up a delivery time on my day off next week. FANTASTIC!!!! I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Jamestown Harley-Davidson, I felt compelled to do so.Jamestown Harley-Davidson has a truly awesome staff, I bought a new 2016 Electra Glide Ultra Classic in January 2016 Brian Reid was fantastic, I live 70+ miles from Jamestown, so communication thru phone calls and emails was extremely important to me and the entire process was outstanding, Brian offered a very fair trade for my current Harley. When I finally visited the dealership the staff took their time and helped me tailor my new Harley, from Troy in sales to Ed in the parts department combing thru the parts book helping me find exactly what I wanted.The financing was seamless Kayla in the finance dept. explained everything in detail and was truly helpful.Because it being January Jamestown Harley even delivered and picked up my trade, again the entire process was easy and seamless.Thank You Jamestown Harley for my new ride.. Looking forward to Spring!!!!

I started dealing with Dave in 1975, shortly after he opened his dealership. I was riding a 1962 FL at the time. I bought a 1985 FLT from him in the fall of 1987, and still have it today. My wife and I were on a ride up to Ithaca when I discovered I had forgotten to bring along the key to my 2005 Electra Glide. I called JHD from the road about a replacement key and adjusted our route to stop by. The service department took care of providing me with a spare key for no charge. Super cool to have HD help out there that's usually along the route(s) chosen for my rides. Thank you guys!!

By the way I made it home on scratched. WHAT A CLASS ACT, I mean it, from the start to the finish I ran into pleasant, helpful people. To make and seal the deal over the internet and phone when I could not come close, face to face, near my home is testament enough. Troy ty, and all involved Brian, the grand daughter that picked me up at my hotel, the finance lady, the lady in the store and generally all that I came face to face with in the dealership smiling and helpful. OMG what a ride home to the Utica area only 2 stops and I could walk when I got home what a ride ty ty ty HAPPY 40TH and from my experience should be at least 40 more
